When you use any Fixez.com product or service, or send emails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by email or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
If you create an account on Fixez.com, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may create/use a Fixez.com account only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Fixez.com reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in its sole discretion.
Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of this site (collectively, the "Contents") are Fixez.com's intellectual property and protected by copyright, trademark trade dress and/or other intellectual property laws. The Contents are owned, controlled or licensed by Fixez.com and its subsidiaries (collectively, "Fixez.com."). The site as a whole is protected by copyright and trade dress, all worldwide rights, titles and interests in and to which are owned by Fixez.com.
You may not download, copy, reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the site, or any related software.
We currently accept payment via American Express, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover credit and debit cards. We also accept PayPal and purchase orders (government agencies and educational institutions only). If you are paying by credit card, your credit card statement will show a charge from FIXEZ.
Orders paid via credit card are subject to billing address verification. The address you enter as your billing address MUST BE the address at which you receive your credit card statement. All orders for which the billing address does not match are subject to cancellation without prior notice. Orders with a shipping address different from the stated billing address may also require additional verification.
All orders shipped to a Nevada address are subject to 8.1% sales tax on the entire order including shipping and handling charges. If you are tax-exempt, please contact us prior to placing your order.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Arrangements for a return must be made within 30 days of the original receipt date (this is when the package arrives in your hands, not when you place the order). Only parts in new, unused condition may be returned to Fixez.com. Make sure to inspect your repair parts carefully upon receipt. All non-defective parts returned to Fixez.com for a refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee ($5 minimum), and shipping charges will not be refunded. Before sending anything back to us you must contact Fixez.com, by completing the Contact Us form or via email, to obtain a return authorization (RMA). RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A RMA number does not imply that credit or an exchange will be given, it is only an authorization to return a part to us for evaluation. We reserve the right to reject any return based on its condition or non-compliance with our return policy. Fixez.com is not responsible for parts returned without an authorization number/form. Any part returned to Fixez.com without the proper authorization and paperwork included will either incur an additional restocking fee (25% or $5 minimum) or be returned to the sender at his or her own cost. All return requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Rejecting receipt of a package is considered returning the package without an RMA and may be charged up to a 25% restocking fee. If in doubt, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help you get it taken care of.
All shipping charges are non-refundable and we do not offer any return, refund, or exchange on repair tools that we sell.
Return Shipping Cost and Insurance
Shipping and insurance costs associated with returns are firmly the responsibility of the sender. As the return shipper you are responsible for making sure that the return package arrives to us safely, and without damage. Fixez.com does, however, share the shipping costs associated with a return for a replacement. The customer is responsible for the return shipping and insurance (WE DO NOT ACCEPT C.O.D.DELIVERIES), while Fixez.com will handle the costs associated with shipping the replacement part(s). We cannot offer everyday low, competitive prices, and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.
If you have placed an order and need to cancel it for any reason please contact us immediately. Once an order is in shipped status it cannot be canceled. All cancelations will incur a 10% or $2.50, whichever is greater, cancelation fee. All orders are automatically processed on our secure merchant processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to apply these changes free of charge after a certain point.
Risk of Loss
All parts purchased from Fixez.com are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such parts pass to you upon our delivery to the courier.
Fixez.com provides a lifetime warranty on all parts it sells, provided there is no physical damage to the part (i.e. torn cable on a display assembly, scratches, etc.). This means the product is guaranteed to function as long as you have it. Fixez.com does not control the use of the parts it sells; therefore, there are no express warranties other than as stated for any part. We disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or of fitness for any purpose. Since Fixez.com cannot control the way the parts it sells are used after their sale, we are not responsible for any consequential or incidental damages. The warranty provided does not apply to a part if damaged by improper use, abuse, neglect, careless handling, or improper installation. The warranty is at Fixez.com’s sole discretion and only applies to exchanges for the same part. Our lifetime guarantee is forever, given Fixez.com’s continued existence. We reserve the right to require proof of purchase to provide support for products under warranty.
PLEASE NOTE: Some products, such as batteries, are designed to be consumed during use, consumable products do not get lifetime warranty replacement (i.e. If your battery replacement fails after a couple months, we’ll replace it. If it loses potency after numerous cycles, we won’t).
Comments, Feedback and Other Submissions
We welcome your comments and feedback regarding our Site, our products and our services. We do not, however, accept confidential or proprietary information. Accordingly, all comments, feedback, ideas, suggestions, materials, information and other submissions disclosed, submitted or offered to Fixez.com using this Site or otherwise (collectively, 'Comments') are not confidential and will become and remain Fixez.com’s property. The disclosure, submission or offer of any Comments will constitute an assignment to Fixez.com of all worldwide rights, titles and interests and goodwill in the Comments without payment of any compensation. Comments submitted by you must not violate any right of any third party, and must not contain any libelous, abusive, obscene or otherwise unlawful material.
You may not reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, any of the Contents or the Site. Unauthorized use of the Contents is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.
Fixez.com is updated frequently to insure that you will view the latest products and pricing available. When placing an order you are agreeing to the listed price. No price adjustments can be made after an order is placed.
Fixez.com attempts to be as accurate as possible and continually reviews Fixez.com for any mistakes or misrepresentations. However, Fixez.com does not warrant that all product descriptions or other content is error-free. If a part offered by Fixez.com is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
Part availability on Fixez.com, while very accurate, is not assured. If parts are not available by the time your order processes, we will notify you of this via e-mail. You can always verify availability by calling Customer Service at 1.866.233.6460. You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail once your parts have shipped.

CERTAIN STATE LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS, EXCLUSIONS, OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MIGHT HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
