AX Micro Solutions is proud to offer a repair service for Palm OS, Windows CE, Pocket PC, Symbol & Smartphone based Units. Please be sure to read all the information below regarding
our repair service & terms. AX Micro Solutions only repairs units in the USA.
Pricing & General Diagnosis
All Prices (Except General Diagnosis) Include Parts & Labor.
All Parts & Service are backed with a 30-day warranty. The $35.00 General Diagnosis fee allows you to send in one of the
listed units below and AX Micro Solutions will have one of our repair
experts diagnose your unit. Once we have determined the cause of
your units problem we will email you a quote with the cost to repair
the unit. The $35.00 per unit diagnosis fee is Non-Refundable and is
not applied towards the part(s) cost.
Shipping Information
You are responsible for all shipping cost and packing your PDA/Smartphone unit so it arrives in an undamaged condition. Any package sent with postage due will be refused. We are not responsible for any packages lost or damaged during shipment to us. If you are worried about loss or damage then you should insure the item being sent. To prevent theft during shipping, pack item(s) in a sturdy NON-DESCRIPTIVE BOX using cushioning materials to keep the product secure during shipment. If “peanuts” or small form packing material are used, please bag all items first to ensure no packing materials get inside the unit or accessories. Also please remove or cross out any old shipping labels, including the original shipping barcode label.
Software Issues
Sorry at this time we do not repair units that have software issues.
Intermittent Problems
If your unit has intermittent problems we will test for 24 hours but cannot guarantee a repair. Intermittent issues will still be charged the $35.00 fee even if no problem is found. If intermittent issues continue the customer will be responsible for returning the unit and all shipping fees associated. If the issues is more than 30days old
you will be charged another $35.00 Diagnosis Fee.
How do I know if I need a GlassTop/Digitizer or a (Complete Screen - LCD & Digitizer)?
The only function a glasstop/digitizer/touchpanel handles is the input from the stylus. If the image is coming up fine under the broken glass, most of the time a glasstop is all you need. If there are black lines under the broken glass, no image, or it comes up completely black you will probably need a complete screen which is a LCD & Digitizer together.
